WORLD NEWS - The U.S. Government Conspiracy - FBI Fake Bomb New York Synagogues
NEW YORK - Four men are accused of trying to blow up synagogues and shoot
down planes in New York last spring, following the false prot proposed,
directed and funded by the central government, such claims lawyers urged
the court to abort the case.
A government informant chose the people who are targeted, offered payment, provided maps and bought the weapons involved in the incident, a pistol, the lawyers said in a motion filed this week that denial in federal court.
The defense said that the suspects were never committed any crimes until they are recruited by a government informant.
"From the beginning, the government knew full well that their case is engineered, and the defendant never attempted to get his own weapon or locate targets," the motion said.
Federal court spokesman Herb Hadad said the government will respond next month.
The lawyers have indicated from the beginning that their client was framed.
The defendants: James Cromitie, 55, Onta Williams, 32, David Williams, 28, and Laguerre Payen, 27, all of which are derived from Newburgh, has been accused of putting bombs outside two synagogues in the Bronx in May last year. They are also accused of planning to fire missiles - which they initially envisaged as a Stinger missile - to bring down planes at the Air National Guard base property which is located 50 miles north of the city of New York.
They claim not guilty and faces the threat of a life sentence if convicted.
FBI involved in the plot, while bombs and missiles involved were false, the lawyer said.
They added that the defense based on the evidence revealed the government, including records and sworn statements of the agent. The things that still have not been published.
In a separate motion, they demanded additional information concerning possible enticements offered the informant to the defendant.
The denial of a motion identified the government's agent as Shaheed Hussain, a "professional informant" for the FBI. The defense claims that he was instructed to visit the mosques on the outskirts of the city, looking for people who are anti-American and recruit them to join a fake terror plot, which is engineered as a plot-funded group based in Pakistan.
To impress yourself as a person with abundant funds, he was awarded $ 250,000 in cash, the government also gave the car a BMW, a Hummer and other cars.
The defense said that the informant attempted to incite the defendants by saying that Islam advocated attacks against non-Muslims.
However, the lawyers said, the informant failed to affect the defendants to take action themselves. As the months passed by the meeting. In a statement given Cromitie, he said: "I'm not going to hurt anyone" and "the plane .. of course not (true)."
The informant persuaded the targets, the targets pay for groceries, buying a gun, fake bombs and missiles, explosive devices and to install their driver, said the lawyer.
"Allegations that crime is almost entirely derived from the agent, and everything will be lost if there is no guiding hand to the agent," the defense motion said.
